INNER WORK

Harnessing for God the energies of love.... How can we do that? We'll never invent a machine capable of generating love... We'll never develop a software program that can burn love energies onto a DVD. There's no getting around the fact that we have to do this work ourselves. We'll never be able to harness for God the energies of love until we learn how to generate these energies out of our own being in order to harness their inherent power for good.
Few of us think of love as a powerful force that we can generate at will and utilize.Through planetization, we learn to give up all our pre-conceived notions about love, and begin to perceive it as the powerful force it really is, a force that can be willfully utilized for good; and not just an emotion that sometimes moves over us unbidden, like a spring breeze. The inner work takes a little practice - doing and 'undoing' - before one feels comfortable with it. Through the inner work we begin to strengthen and complexify the noosphere (the thinking envelope around our Earth), which is the evolutionary purpose of our species. The purpose of the inner work is also to increase the coherence in our collective consciousness field, increase the subtle energy connectivity among us as a species as well as to begin to generate and harness gratitude and love energy to our Mother Earth and all our relations. Once you become adept at generating and harnessing love energy and gratitude, you can also incorporate energies of rejoicing. A few words about rejoicing are on the following pages. Over time, you can also increase the subtle energy connections among ourselves and all our brothers and sisters in creation. You can send the energy to certain of our relations (dolphins, animals, birds, etc.) But only increase the circle after you become familiar with the process and are comfortable generating and directing the subtle energies to our Earth. The steps are simple. Let the words in the phrases you choose to repeat inwardly change and flow organically as you begin to incorporate into your awareness deeper and deeper levels of the planetization paradigm.
Giving Birth to Gaia
In a sense, our creation of the noosphere is giving birth to the individuated mind of Gaia. A baby in the womb has no awareness of the distinction between 'self' and 'not self' - the ambient dark, fluid environment of the womb in which it is developing. Even after birth, the infant has no awareness of 'self' and 'not self' until around 6 months of age. Even the mother object, to the newborn, is regarded as an extension of self. In like manner, through the planetization paradigm we as a species gradually grow into awareness of our planetary and cosmic presence. From then on, cosmically speaking, humankind is "In the house", thereby bringing into the mind of Gaia (the noosphere) a new higher order awareness of 'self' - planet - contained within a larger cosmic milieu which is ' not self'.
Centering at the Species Level
The inner work is novel and takes some getting used to because we do it while participating in our collective wave nature - not as individuals. This simply means we visualize and sense all of our kind doing it at the same time. But to position ourselves on this higher vantage point, we must let go of the currently predominating paradigm. In essence, we must go through a period of self-directed de-programming. From our earliest days we've been enculturated into this worldview of human territorial boundaries and sub-groups. We're inundated with it from our media. Our public discourse rarely verges beyond its accepted parameters of thought and speech. But just doing the inner work on a regular basis facilitates the de-programming. You might find it helpful as a preface to generating the higher energies, using initial affirmations such as 'We are a very, very peaceful species" or "We are a very, very grateful species" or "We renounce and reject all sub-group identifications", or 'Sub-group affiliations no longer exist in our species", whatever phrases reinforce for you, and grounds you in our identification at the species level.
To help you acheive a sense of species identification, you might also want to sense how we've all been exploited and manipulated in the past by our leaders as sweeping waves of war-fever overcame us, and how we've now reached a level of sophistication where we sense our deeper oneness as a species and are no longer vulnerable to such manipulations. You might want to imagine that no history books of any nation now exist. In their place, all children on Earth are now taught the essense of our true history as a species, "Our Mother Earth has sustained us and nourished us from the earliest generations of our kind". Everything else - famous battles, generals, rationalized away land grabs, etc., pale into insignificance are are only testaments to the folly of ages past. Visualize and affirm whatever works for you to reach the state of higher unification at the species level required to do the inner work.
